Before real estate, Kiron spent more than a decade competing professionally on the world surfing tour, where he developed the discipline, adaptability, and integrity he's known for today. He later gained hands-on experience purchasing and renovating homes, giving him a practical understanding of construction, design, and long-term property value.

Outside of work, Kiron enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children and is committed to lifelong learning and giving back to the North Shore community.
